I contacted Elizabeth Lowndes (Lizzy) a few months prior to ask her advice on the best time to list our house, as well as what things she would recommend for getting our house ready to sell. Lizzy was right on target with the best time to list, as well as the “staging” recommendations. Elizabeth did something I, nor my husband, had ever known a realtor to do, she walked our neighborhood prior to our open house, inviting them to the Open House. This allowed her to meet the neighbors and provide feedback for potential buyers as to the neighbors/neighborhood. What a GREAT idea! Our house was sold in ONE week, and the negotiations were handled promptly with our best interest in mind.
