Elizabeth Lowndes
Co-Founder | Lead Real Estate Agent
Elizabeth is the Co-founder of AdoreMOM® and Lead Real Estate agent of Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate The Good Life Group® .
She is going into her 9th year as a full-time real estate agent. Elizabeth enjoys building relationships with her clients and helping them with all their real estate needs.
Early on in Elizabeth’s real estate career, she noticed the lack of resources available when working with her older clientele. She then acquired her Senior Real Estate Specialist® (SRES) accreditation, teamed up with her husband, who works in the senior living industry, and the beginning of AdoreMOM® was born.
In her spare time, she enjoys lake days, good food, long walks, biking and traveling with her friends and family.
Cassandra Zeisler
Co-Founder | Lead Real Estate Agent
Cassandra is the Co-founder of AdoreMOM® and Lead Real Estate agent of Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate The Good Life Group® .
She is now in her eighth year as a full time residential real estate agent. Cassandra has completed over 170 transactions totaling over $68 million in sales. Her business is built on dedication , prompt communication and trust. These characteristics, coupled with her kind spirt and “client comes first” mentality, make her a perfect fit for the team.
Recently going through this transition with her own grandmother, Cassandra is passionate about changing the stigma surrounding senior living and the difficulty of the transition. She shares, “Our goal is to enrich their lives! We can pair them with a home that makes their days bright and gives them an abundance of friends and wonderful care. We want these days to be filled with joy and excitement. That relief is what I want to offer our customers.”
Leslie Randall
Director of Operations
Leslie is the COO and Co-founder of Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate The Good Life Group® and AdoreMOM®.
She has more than 15 years of experience in real estate and operations.
Leslie is known for her dedication to be better every day and her personal ideology, which is “if it’s not broken, break it and make it better!” She believes that people should always come first, which is why she’s so excited to be apart of AdoreMOM and their compassionate team of Senior Living Experts!
She shares, “I’m thankful to be apart of AdoreMOM®, which is a unique thought into Senior Living that we can provide more help, more assistance, more care, and compassion towards families as people transition.”
Cassandra (Sandi) Gardner, LPN
Executive Director of Placement | Nurse Liaison
Cassandra (Sandi) has called Omaha home for over 25 years. After receiving her nursing license, Sandi was promoted to the Director of the Alzheimer’s Care Unit in a Plattsmouth long-term care facility and most recently as an Executive Director of an Assisted Living Community in Omaha.
Her combined time of 20 years in the Omaha healthcare industry has allowed her to assist many families find the right senior solutions everything from the right doctor, hospital, home health, rehab, long-term care, palliative, hospice, and behavior health specialist to meet their physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual needs. Sandi shares, “During my journey as a professional health care provider, I have allied myself with all facets of the health care industry which allows me to pull from them at any giving time and overcome the challenges at hand. I AdoreMOM® and all seniors and love to give back.”
